The Coworking Office Building was our first commercial project and our first time to collaborate with an architect from start to finish. The project began as an undeveloped lot covered in brush.

As Fredericksburg natives we sincerely care about the future landscape of our town. Our goal was to build a structure that authentically characterized our local area by incorporating historic architectural influences in a novel and relevant way. Fortunately, we found Harmony from Pluck Architecture, who captured our vision with originality and beautiful design.
